What is Your MarkahVida?

I recently had the opportunity to chat with Lori Alvarez of Lori Alvarez’s Realty with Soul. Lori is a unique and successful example of someone that leads from a place of values. She is a bold leader and mentor, bringing inspiration and insight through her business and her podcast. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month Lori has invited multiple guests to speak on her podcast to discuss some of the mental health challenges we are faced with and how we can help ourselves shift forward. In this episode, Lori and I discuss tools to help shift your mindset when it’s difficult. How can we shift our mindset to a more positive perspective? We also discuss the strategy to build your life forward, starting with your values and your unique perspective to find your Life Brand (your MarkahVida) and why this is so important.

“We get thrown into life based on other people’s expectations…We get so busy adulting that we don’t stop to say ‘what kind of adult do I want to be?’”

Markah: Brand Vida: Life What is your Life Brand? Defining your Life Brand, your MarkahVida, becomes a tool; a roadmap to help you navigate the choices and opportunities in life so that you can find fulfillment based on your definitions, not societies definitions…not on what the media or our parents, friends or siblings think this means. We are all unique, talented individuals with our personal gift to the world, we just need to give ourselves permission to live our own Life Brand; boldly and unapologetically.

I work with high achieving leaders to stop sacrificing themselves, their happiness and their health in pursuit of success, instead I help them achieve self-mastery through authenticity, so they can amplify their human experience, and increase their impact on the world. Together we will normalize compassion, authenticity, and intentionality so that we can create world full of love, possibility and magic.
